Training

Q. Is there any prerequisite for the training?

No such prerequisite, however a basic knowledge to the subject is preferable.

Q. What shall be mode of Training?

 The training mode is Instructor led online training. You have the facility to watch the recorded daily lectures anytime.

Q. I have slow internet or network issue at my place?

 No worry. You will get recorded lectures on the mobile/web application, which you can download and see it later.

Q. Where can I download the App?

 You can search CAD DESK at Google play store or IOS App store. Else you can download using the link here https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=co.thor.dntfq

Training Module

Q. What shall be training timings?

Training timings have been mentioned along with the training start date. Everyday recorded lectures can be watched as per your suitability and your learning pace.

Q. When can I start the training?

 The batch start dates are mentioned with every course module. You can select the preferred start date at the time of registration.

Q. How do I shall get assignments?

 You shall get the assignment and tests on the App/Web interface. You can upload your test from there.

Q. How do I solve the doubts if I have any?

There shall be a doubt solving session at the end of everyday class. You may discuss your doubts with the trainer then.

Q. Do I get the Study Material?

No, the study material is not included in this course.

Q. Can I cancel the course, if registered?

There is no such procedure although you may be allowed to reschedule the batch or shifting of course on request.

Q. What if I couldn’t join the training due to unavoidable reason?

 You may join the next batch on a request made at training.online@caddeskindia.com

System & Software

Q. I don’t have software. Do I need to buy the software or else how to get the software?

 You don’t require to purchase the software. On registration, we shall send the link of the official software website and you can download the trial software from there.

Q. What if I do not have the laptop/Desktop? Can I learn on mobile?

You can download CAD DESK App on mobile where you join live classes or watch recorded videos. However, you require a Laptop or desktop for the practice and assignments.

Q. What should be system configuration?

 Any system with i3 and 2GB RAM and above shall work.

What if I have any problem during software installation?

 Definitely, we will solve your problem if it is related to the software installation only.

Payment

Q. I am not able to make payment through you link.

You may try a different card or payment method. Even if the problem persists then you make the payment via a different link given here and send the details on WhatsApp at +91 7378123128. In the availability of such options candidate can make the offline payment.

Q. My payment got deducted twice?

 If done so then send us the complete details including payment proof at +917378123128. We would process the refund within a week period.

Certification

Q. How do get certificate? Can it be provided physical?

 The certificate shall be provided in digital form once you complete the training. The certificate shall be displayed in your login after you complete the training. The physical certificate can be delivered in physical on request at certificate@caddeskindia.com on extra payment of Rs. 500/- (in India) and $20 + logistic charges for abroad.

Q. Which type of certificate will I get after training, course completion certificate, or Summer internship?

 After completing the training, you will get the certificate of summer internship only.

Q. Do industry or college accept the CAD DESK certificate?

Cad desk is a pioneer in CAD/CAM training and most industries and Universities/colleges recognize its certificate by reputation, though I may depend on case to case basis. As of now, there is not such an authorizing body in India for short term online courses so it all works on the virtue of reputation.

Yes, the study material is inclusive in the course. You will have lifetime access for training material (Study material, practice book, tutorials, quizzes) from your login access.
